Badly tarnished fuse clips. Replace.
Fuse clips metal fatigued and not gripping fuse tight enough. Replace.
General illumination connectors overheating. Replace the male and female halves.

Just buy a new rectifier board, changing the headers/fuse holders on the old ones suck. can be done but is very time consuming. If you decide to do it and need some fuse clips lmk I have a few thousand.
