So, I'm still fighting this monitor issue. Game is playing blind.

Other than blowing the 2N3792 in the vertical section, I can't find a single part bad on the monitor.

Now, I was checking the voltages at the plug from the power supply to the monitor, and found that the +25 and -25 are actually +32 and -32. is this because the monitor isn't connected? or could this be why I keep blowing the transistor - too high of a voltage?

Should I be looking at the power supply as the reason my transistor is blowing?

Well then, can someone with a working Star Castle or Armor Attack unplug the power molex to their monitor and measure the +/-25vdc inputs so I can at least know whether these voltages I have are NOT the problem, or whether the value goes up when the monitor load is not connected?

32v

That is normal voltage for the Condor power supply. I have 3 dead monitors myself, they can be very hard to troubleshoot. Have you tried an oscilloscope on the DAC and amps? Have you replaced IC1?
