I don't know a whole lot about this one but would like to offer it up for trade.

Being discussed here:

It's in decent shape as everything works, cab has a couple rough edges next to the control panel's easily repairable, could use a new set of locks, other than that it plays really well, fun vector.

No Jeff you dont have to type faster. You just have to bid higher. I was told the game was mine... I sent up shipping and prepaid for it, and then the next morning was told the game was sold to someone else who he first promised the game to.... At that point he no longer responded to any of my emails.

This guys is a complete DICK.

That pisses me right off. That's just wrong. Please tell us that you at least got your money back? Hearing this makes me want to round up my biker friends and go for a long ride to pay the guy a visit.

No higher bid was taken, I promised the machine to another person, I thought he was flaking on me and got ahead of him by re-listing it.

I never took a dime from you and you told me you were going to get a "Shipping Quote" not sure what kind of "quote" makes you prepay for shipping but again I do apologize if you got your cart ahead of your horse.

And again as I emailed you to tell you:

Stephen,

The guy that first contacted me about buying this has stepped back in for it, I did promise it to him if he could work out his shipping issues and it appears he has, sorry I am yanking this away but I feel I should honor the promise I have made.

Again sorry for any trouble,

Will.

Wow. Had you already definitely agreed to buy the game and the seller had definitely agreed to sell it to you when you prepaid for shipping? If so, then I gotta agree that's a very dickly move. But if there was only a tentative "let me check on shipping cost first" deal in place, then it may have been unwise of you to pre-pay shipping.

I think that Stephen got the short end of the stick on this one. I've done a few deals with him in person and know him to be a stand up guy. He's no tire kicker.....

I think that the seller got ahead of himself and not the other way around...
