Looks to be a kiddie ride controller board.

I also wonder if the software and possibly cpu is from this company.

Yes the boars is for one of mye kiddy rides, the thing is that one of the Main IC Was lost for some time back. And they are made in UK. The IC that is have is marked with year 1989 so i belive it has nothing to do with the Norwegian company link you sent. ? The IC 2 should be same in the Stamar UK kiddi rides, just need the type og picture of it.

I have a couple of those timers; they were manufactured by Stamar Electronics. They were mostly used on all of Jolly Roger's kiddie rides made from 1994 to 1998. The company themselves are still in business today.
One of the timers is in storage, from a Woody Woodpecker Plane kiddie ride, and it just so happens to be this exact model. I've been meaning to take it home with me so I can take a look at the timer myself

That chip in the System 2000 looks a little different from the chip used in a System 2002, which I have as a spare parts. The 02 uses a 32-pin 27C040 for its ride-specific sounds, where this is some 40-pin one. If you can find the format, try getting in touch with Stamar direct, they might still have the original file for you to burn to it. They were able to provide me the Woody Woodpecker EPROM file to me by compiling it into a HEX file, but they are not free.

At some point before the year is over I'm going to pull the timer out and test it as the none of the lights in the ride are currently working, so I'll have to check voltages on the 12V there.

By the way, does anybody have a manual for that specific Woody Woodpecker Jolly Roger ride? I have the manual for the Fire Truck version which shows the wiring diagram for the 02, but as a Walter Lantz fan I would love to see the cover and the parts explosion from the body shell. Theisen Vending had a copy they were unable to part for me and now they've sold their kiddie ride assets to CTM Group. Theisen was Jolly Roger's official distributor in the US for their rides.
