I'm in the process of adding a DK to my DKJ and am trying to figure out how to physically stack the board's. Is there a extension available to mount it on the original mount?

Yep, you should be able to get away using the original platform (see KaBoom1701's picture on the left side). Oddly enough, the existing platform had two sets of wooden guides for the metal PCB plate and should therefore accommodate both PCBs without any need for modification (assuming those wooden guides are still there). Keep in mind that if your cab was converted then some conversion instructions included removing those wooden guide blocks.

You will need to replace or extend the metal brackets on top (I prefer extension because its less likely that you'll have to drill into the cabinet) to do that. Vector Labs makes a switcher so that you can swap between the boards without having to power down the cabinet and move the connectors. You'll need an edge-connector style harness to make that easy.

Been there done that. Wow, back in 2019. Time does fly by faster the older ya get.
Now it also has a BITKIT in the fourth slot. ULTRA-DK. (laughs) (y) (y) (y) (y)
