I've got a Spy Hunter with the following garbage on screen.
I'm pretty sure it's a power issue and not game board related. I've tested multiple "known good" Spy Hunter boards in this machine and they are all giving me the same garbage. I checked the +5v @ an Eprom at on the SSIO and all looks good. The cheap squeak will NOT play the attract music when the game board is plugged in; however, if I remove the game board, the cheap squeak works fine.
Any ideas?
