My Spy Hunter was working well up until recently. When I turn it on, it makes a fast thumping sound (thump, thump, thump, etc.) and the graphics are garbled on the screen. I've got 2 other tested working good Spy Hunter boardsets, and I get the same problem when using any of them.
I thought I had it diagnosed...when I opened the coin door I saw one of the wires had come loose from the slam switch on the coin door. When I held it in place and powered the machine up, it worked fine. So I soldered the wire back in place on the slam switch and I'm getting the thump, thump, thump sound again. I removed the slam switch totally and tried it and am still getting the same issue.
Anyone have any ideas? Tested voltage and everything is good there. All fuses are fine as well.
Thanks,
Greg
