I dont know how many Sprint fans we have on the boards, but this one was on my bucket list and I finally drug one home last weekend, it was dead, I wont bore you with the details but it's up and running perfect as of last night, gave it a bath tonight....poor thing has been through the war but plays absolutely perfect...man I wish they would have used plywood to build these.

this is as far as I recall is the very first arcade game I ever saw and played as kid at the local Boy's & Girl's club in 1976...myself and the neighbor Ronnie from across street played it any chance we had 2 quarters...we could drift around the course together wheel to wheel and not crash.. ...dam it was a blast.

anyone happen to know how many were produced?

here is #894, ready for action.

Nice to see you got one. They made at least 2,254 as that's the one I have. Mine is finally working and will be in the house soon. - Barry

If I'm not mistaken around 8,200 were made. Nice score! I'm a huge fan. I just got mine a month ago after searching for over a decade....congrats

CONGRATS on getting #894 back into action!!! She is a beauty!

Best game ever made! ;).....and my favorite cabinet in terms of looks hands down.

Many of my earliest memories of playing video arcade games are playing Sprint 2. The sliding around corners and racing against your buddy was epic for its time in 1976 - like a digital slot car race track.

I have serial # 0068......

Great game and nice looking too! I love all the Sprints - especially the old Sprint8. Would love a Champ Sprint, but may be picking up a Super Sprint in the near future...

most Excellent ....dam your #68 sure is cherry....

love all my games but I can admit it to you guys I really tripped out fealing like it was '76 the other night, never had a game do that to me before... I got in the groove and was laying down some nice laps day dreaming....wish my old friend Ronnie was there.
