Thanks to super56K for harvesting a trashed Sprint 2 I got me some needed replacement parts for my game. I got both pedal assemblies, both speakers, and an unhacked coin door with the mechs including the coin box.
The right side pedal on my game had a broken spring, causing the car to not slow down as quick as it should, and overall it was a crappy experience to drive the white car as the pedal was quite spongy as well. Instead of just replacing the spring I used an entire replacement pedal assembly, and I will fix the old one later. The assembly is held in with 2 bolts that are accessible from the back of the game.
My coin door wiring was hacked up to a free play button (I hate free play), and the assembly was missing the coin box. The replacement one from super56K like I said is unhacked and includes the coin box, but the door is in primer. Plugged in just fine and works great after a light cleaning.
Next year when it warms up again around here I will remove the coin door assembly and BOTH pedal assemblies for sandblast and paint. For now they don't look really good, but they are functional and the game is ready for my party on the 20th. Man I love the sound of coins dropping in the bucket!
