Spotted this and thought you all would enjoy a different take on DK

All I saw was a "This site contains malware" warning.

Check the details of the warning before safely continuing. You will find that Google has verified that the site has been free of any malware for over 90 days. ;)

Pretty cool takes on DK! Neato!

This is what I saw

"The Website Ahead Contains Malware!
Google Chrome has blocked access to www.geekologie.com for now.

Even if you have visited this website safely in the past, visiting it now is very likely to infect your computer with malware."

And nothing saying its been safe for over 90 days..

Sorry- disclaimer: I use Firefox. Firefox is intelligent enough to give you a reason for the warning and a way to research it for yourself.

Here ya go: http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/...eekologie.com/2013/02/virus-warning.php&hl=en

Edit: It is likely that the warning comes from a user post that contained a link to a virus and/or malware download. It no longer exists on the site according to the google diagnostic.

without getting into a which browser is better convo, Chrome gave a way to "research it for yourself" but I prefer instant gratification as do most others when they click on a link. That's why people will just stop at the warning page. But thanks for the safebrowsing read its informative.

I bought that Adventure Time Kong image as a shirt for my daughter on some site a few months ago. She loves it!

No discussion is needed, Firefox is better. Those are cool pics by the way!

Geekologie is just an aggregate. Here is the original post:

The fact that albotas has a link to i09 probably doesn't make it the original post.... that an io9 has a link to redbubble .... I just assume pretty much 90% of the sites out there repackage the news.... I just like geekologie since the writer(s) seem to have a screwed up sense of humor.
