AGS conducted another one of their excellent Coin Op auctions today, and one the things I like to do at the auctions is try to ID what the converted games started out as. For those of you who missed today's event, you are in luck; there is now a home version of the game. Most of these are pretty easy, but its always interesting (and often depressing) to see the lengths Ops went thru to make over an old game that stopped bringing in the coin. If you like this LMK and I will do the same next month.

Yeah the top is different the only reason i though that is because the triangular notches in the middle of the cab

That one's a Track & Field.

I know it's probably heretical to say, but a couple of those conversions are improvements on the original games. These bastards are the essence of late 80's/early 90's arcades.

I don't care what anybody says, that Golden Tee conversion of 720 is brilliant. There's very few controls on the early golden tees, so they used that tiny control panel from 720, it works in my opinion. The reason it looks ugly is because the 720 cabinet was ALWAYS ugly!

The Wrestlefest almost worked, but then they made the fake ass bezel. If they would have done something creative with the speaker panel marquee, the rest would have looked alright. Nice job on the control panel.
