my friend bought a brand new spider man pin.the problem is the right flipper doesn't hit hard enough.it kinda just pushes the ball and it doesn't hit hard enough to even make it up the left ramp.any ideas what it could be..
thanx in advance Brian

Stern locks the flippers down very tight out of the factory...makes them stick, and i seems like there not flipping hard.

Loosen them up a bit, and see how that works...

Go into the Adjustments Menu and set COIL PULSE to HARD.

Makes a HUUUUGE difference on the flippers on Spider-Man. You'll get nice snappy shots up the side ramp w/ that setting.

Basic on the OPs post I don't think its a coil pulse setting that's the issue. I have my Spiderman set to normal and I make all of the shots perfectly, even backhanded!

Definitely check the movement of the flipper. I would loosen the bat and re-tighten and make sure the plunger moves into the coil smoothly and not at an angle.

Greg, where is that adjustment? I have version 4.0 on my TSPP and cannot find it to save my life. I want to set the trough coil to pulse softer if possible. I have wear in the shooter lane and I bought it NIB. Sorry for the threadjack.

SPIDEY RULES!!!! My next planned purchase

Oh, also, my TSPP had a sticky right flipper out of the box and the above mentioned solution posted by donnyj is what fixed it. There, now it's on topic.
