The force feedback on my SCI had not worked since I got the machine a year or two ago. A few issues needed remedied, including replacing the NPN transistor on the PCB, replacing the remote power supply fuse, cleaning the commutator/brushes on the motor with Deoxit, and making sure the FF connector was plugged in properly (hence fried transistor and blown fuses). With all the aforementioned repaired, however, in my machine the coupler between the gear motor and the eccentric weight was missing. Nothing jumped out at me on McMaster-Carr, so I measured it, drew it in Solidworks, and 3D printed. Not very pretty, but it worked the first print. The link below will take you to file if anybody ever needs it.
