i just got this thing and there was no cord on it, added one, plugged it in and it works...sound and controls work great!!! i can't believe someone cut the cord off of it

found it at a church yardsale...bought it as is out of a storage garage...along with a guided missile, missile command, space invaders deluxe and a stunt cycle
 
It looks to me like the brightness is WAY too high and is burning lines into the screen. And you said this is working? from the pics it looks like it is not working properly.
 
the space ships fly, shoot and respond to all the control...not sure about the monitor, there are lots of dots(stars and planets i think) there are lines running between them, not sure if those are supposed to be there or not

Yeah adjust the brightness those lines will go away if there not suppose to be there once its adjusted.

Well looking at the Klov Page it looks like there should just be 2 ships and a sun, no starts, no planets. And I would find some way of turning the brightness down, all those dark lines on the screen will never go away they are burned in there forever. Turn the brightness down...

Your game may play, but it is an older game where the game board and the display board work hand in hand to make the display. Completely different than gettting a ms pac that "plays blind"
