Space Invaders Trimliner power supply unit- Help Needed

The Taito power supply in my space invaders trimline unit is defective. THis is how I received the cab.

120v power to pcb tests fine. However the 100v fuse is testing 65v.

The 12v is testing 11.92v.
The -12 is testing -11.92v
The 5v is testing 11.93v
The -5v is testing -11.92v

Also I noticed that the board had a 5a fuse in one of the 6a fuses holders. Can this be the issue?

Whats the next step to do besides changing out the wrong fuse? Monitor has scrambled lines moving at an angle from from top right to bottom right or vice versa- just cant remember. :(

Can I buy a switched power supply conversion kit and replace this? I see that they do sell it for the midway boards but not taito.

The only problem that a lower rated fuse will cause is that it might go under normal load instead of waiting for there to be a problem.

When you replace it, make sure it's the right type (slo-blow vs. fast), otherwise you might get into trouble down the road.

thanks but any idead on where to start to fix this power supply? Caps look visually good. No burn marks on the board either
