Okay, this is going to sound really unusual, but it's worth a shot. I have a Midway Space Invaders cocktail which has places for the seats on the short ends... which was fine until I got a free DK Jr. cocktail, which needs seats on the long sides! Being OCD as I am, I immediately realized how much cleaner and more space-efficient it would look to have a Taito Space Invaders cocktail with the seats also on the long sides to set beside it.
I think you see where this is going. I'm interested in swapping for the other SI cocktail. I'm also willing to make it a partial trade if there's nobody out there going "oh man, I really wish I could have the Midway version instead!"
THE BAD:
-Pretty bad art flaking on the cocktail glass. Previous owner tried to clean it with Windex on the bottom side. As you can guess, this was not a smart move.
-There are two damage areas on the long side of the cab where about 1" of the woodgrain is missing in a perfect circle shape and wood underneath is visible. Fairly minor (see picture).
THE GOOD:
-The previous owner applied new CPOs on each side and touched up the buttons and control bars (really cool control scheme).
-Monitor looks real nice, was told by the guy it picked it up from that he did a total refurb of it. I wasn't there so I don't know how much he really did but it looks darn good to me.
-Sound is booming and awesome. DUM, DUM, DUM, DUM...
-Cabinet is in good solid condition. No structural damage, water damage, etc.
-Comes with all original documentation, schematics, send-in-for-warranty card, point markers, etc.
I'll try to get better pics soon too...
