Ive had this one on the back burner for over a year now, just one of those jobs I never have time to get to. Well, its in the middle of the shop now, so I either got to work on it or walk around it
Bought this complete (less mpu) game last year for around $75, for parts. When I got a close look at it I saw that it was rock solid, what looked like wear on the cab and playfield was all just delamination, wood for the most part was perfect. I say for the most part, I did have to replace the back of the backbox.
About a month ago I stripped it down, sanded it down to the bare wood and did what little bodywork it needed, then took it to a friends bodyshop and applied about 10 coats of automotive paint.
I put the stencils on Sat and shot the black yesterday. Ill let it set a few more days then do the red stencils
