Hi all,

I have attached a picture, not sure how well it will turn out. I put a lot of work into my Space Invaders monitor and it's up and running pretty good. The only problem is the right side top of the video has a lean to it or a bend. Anyone familiar with this problem? I know these are old monitors but thought i would ask.

Thanks,

Braido...

That will change the postion of the picture? I'll give it a shot, i just can't get that corner in the picture correct. I must be missing somewhere a capacitor that needs to be changed? But i'll try your suggestion. thank you...

Can you get a better picture? I don't see any issues in the one you posted. Do you know what kind of monitor it is? If it's a Motorola M5000...try tweeking the horizontal oscilator. If it's a Wells....try adjusting the Horizontal frequency. It could also be the yoke rings (or the yoke itself).

Also, I don't think degaussing will help. Magnetism has little effect on black and whites. It only messes with colors.

Mine leans to the right a little too:D I mean my SI screen! just like your pic. Plays fine. If you're trying for perfection on a 30+ year old game... good luck.
