Space Invaders fades out after 10 minutes

Here is a video of my Space Invaders fading out.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tc13GgugcZw

I'm fairly certain that the monitor is a Wells 19v1000 v1001

The monitor has a surprising amount of burn that is not noticeable during play.
Everything has been thoroughly cleaned of dust, which wasn't bad. Most of it was on the mirror and screen.

The screen bezel has cracked up and warped, so that's out for replacement.
Looking for a source or I'll make my own.

Will try freeze spray during next visit.
Other suggestions?

When it fades out completely, check for neck glow.
Check the chassis carefully for bad solder joints and connections.

Mine does that every once and a while... I quick jiggle of the connector on the front of the chassis clears it up for a week or so. I know I just need to replace it, but I'm really lazy and it literally takes 2 secs to fix. Open coind door, flick connector, close door, enjoy.

Moral of the story, give that connector a jiggle.

Oh if it's its that easy I will be psyched!
Its the connector to the coin door or to the fire buttons?

Also you do realize that the game continues to play with the screen gone.
That video does not have any bumping involved and it consistently fades out after 10 minutes.

A 2-3 minute cool down results in fade out after 3-8 minutes, so it would appear related to warming up.

It's the connector on the chassis for the monitor.

On a Midway Space Invaders (not sure about Taito), you open the coin door, and on the left side of the monitor chassis there is a connector. It's not part of the control panel or the coin door, it's on the chassis, you just get to it through the coin door.
