Upon start up the screen looks like below, then after reseating the pcb harnesses, it corrects. See pics.

But, that does not prove the harnesses is the problem because:
I turned it on another time and the problem was there. I went straight to test, all graphics read and looked ok. So I went out of test mode and the problem was gone. This turn on I did not reseat harnesses but after test mode things were normal.

Thoughts?

I can even pick it up! I know right where Basking Ridge is!!

That is really strange. Could it be a voltage issue maybe that corrects itself after a few seconds of being on?

Just a thought, I really have no idea.
