First off, does anyone know what size/thread pitch the marquee bolts are for it?

also does anyone have plans to recreate the backdoor? Mine was half broken when I got the cab and quickly fell apart soon after getting it home.

Thanks guys.

your lucky you have a back door mine does not have one, is yours missing the bolts or are you just going to replace them? i plan to sand mine down real good and repaint them, also remember to do a full recap on the monitor and would be a good idea to install a lv2000 on the monitor aswell, goodluck :)

They were misplaced when cleaning out the basement, so I've got the brackets but not the screws.

As for the backdoor, I managed to save the info sheet off it, but nothing else survived and It got tossed during the cleaning. *without my permission*

I don't recall exactly what the marquee bracket screws are. They should be either 8-32, 10-32, or 10-24. Length should be about 1-1/4". Spend a few pennies to pick up one of each at your local hardware store and see which fits in the t-nuts. Once you know what you need, that same store should have them in a black-oxide allen button head.

A new back door can just be cut out of 3/4" thick particle board or plywood. Measure your opening and cut it a hair smaller. For home use, you don't need to install a lock at the top - just use a couple screws at the sides to hold it in. If you want to exactly duplicate an original, then there would be a small plywood "tongue" on the bottom inside of the door, and a ventilation slot towards the bottom.

Thanks, now I've got a starting point. I'll probably go with a dual fan setup and skip the passive vent, since its not an original door.

For future Reference. 10-32 1inch long Button head's fit just right.
