I actually have a Space Duel PCB that's been sitting in my closet for nigh on 10 years. Came out of a working cabinet when the monitor blew. Are they worth anything? I don't have any particular use for mine.

Maybe $5, I will give you $10 for it! ;)

Really though if you are selling it, hit me up PM and see if we can work something out. I have a dead Space Duel right now and a spare board might be handy in trouble shooting.

I'd be happy to take $10 for it if it meant the game might live on in one form or another some day. But honestly, my biggest question is: How in the world do you go about safely and affordably shipping a board that size? Seems to me that by the time you pack it in a safe enough super-stiff cardboard container, shipping costs via either FedEx or UPS would likely be in the $40+ range.

But I'm new to this scene, so someone please feel free to educate me on the nuances of PCB transport. :)

most people put the atari boards in two cut up flat rate boxes. i am shocked every time i get one like this without and issues. making a box would be best and should be right at to under 20 to ship USPS.

Game Board Box/ Large flat rate

Here's some pics of the board to make sure it's the right one. I also found a secondary board (sound?) that went with it I'd forgotten about.

I also forgot that I had yanked the coin mechanism and coin bucket box out of the old Space Duel cabinet as well. (It was ultimately converted to a MAME cabinet back before I found the arcade religion proper.)

If anyone is local to or going to be in the middle TN area and needs/wants the coin receiver stuff, they're welcome to it so long as they come pick it up.
