Southern Ohio (and regional neighboring states) club/group interest?

How about a once a month meet to play some games and do some trading/selling ect.

Also since there are north and south people interested we could meet in the middle?

Well, if we're going to meet in the middle, my place would be a logical choice, though I've only got 4 cabs, 2 of which are Neo Geo MVS/Hyper64, and a Universal early 80s with Mr. Do's Castle (my dad has a Mr. Do PCB in his own dedicated cab that I can swap in, if y'all want), a Ms. Pac cocktail, and the Totem pinball. I've also got a buddy who may move in, who has a Star Wars Episode One Pinball 2000 that he may bring with him... Got a few other buddies locally who're Neo guys who would show up.

I'm fine with meeting in the middle every now and then, but I also know quite a few people interested that are around cincy and already have pinball parties every now and then. Just trying to speak for them to since they aren't on KLOV.

I also have a vintage arcade just north of cincy willing to host parties... :)

Also contact information I suppose would be whatever you'd be willing to give the other members of the group since it will be like a directory. So name phone email any messengers etc.

There's quite a few of us in the Cleveland area, but unfortunately it's tough to get us in the same place at the same time. I'd be more than willing to make a road trip south for a few hours.

Party

Hey guys. Brett/DPTwiz has helped me to make the decision to get off my ass and throw a party at my shop. Working Games that I currently have in my shop are Centipede, Galaga, Pac Man, Ms. Pac, Star Wars, Robotron, Moon Patrol, Make Trax, Joust, Qbert, Tron, Punch Out, Popeye, Mario Bros. WB, Congo Bongo, Zaxxon, Burgertime and Gauntlet. I am located in Port Clinton which is quite a haul for everyone. I also do not have a bathroom at my shop :-(. If this sounds like a good idea then PM me. I was thinking of doing it Saturday January 10, which is almost 2 weeks from today. I will probably have the party anyway, but would like people to RSVP so I know how to plan the refreshments and such.

Thanks
John

I noticed you used the word "shop"
Are your machines for sale?

Also any one interested in a t2 arcade machine? Also have for cheap 2nd one for parts repair?
I had em on craigs list for $400 for working one, $150 for parts one but will take almost anything there kinda in my way.

Me and the other local guys are probably too far away to participate in this, but side bar time:

We might be in Columbus this weekend (pending the omnipresent chance of weather and family illness). Anyone having a kick-ass arcade New Years eve party and have open invitation? If so, I could start vacation a day early.

My Coke fountain you stated interest in, I would trade for for T2.

I could probably pull something together in Cincy... but it'd be at an arcade so we couldn't have any alcohol. I'll leave the idea out there though.

Yeah but that would also be quite expensive and crowded. My friends run Arcade Legends in Fairfield... It is just down the street from the Cincy D&B though.

I'll have to talk to them today when I head down there at 3. I think they might have plans already now that I think about it.
