Title pretty much says it all. I have a WG6100 deflection board of Dylan's (Tron Guy) and the Thermistor is missing. Anyone know of a replacement. I already asked Bob Roberts and he said he'd never found a suitable replacement. Not a good sign. Anyone? -Malcolm

It's a degaussing thermister type PTC. Vishay sells them. I don't know the cold resistance value right this minute, but maybe somebody out there can measure theirs.

The original was a PTH451C, thats a series by muRata. Not sure if its a standard.

The next numbers are 35M19, I think its a 35 ohm and 270 max voltage rating.

Edit: I took it off the board and measured the resistance for Rs and its 3.5 Ohms, also looked at the MuRata data sheet closer and it looks like the max voltage was 140V.

Correct. What we're looking for is a 35 Ohm one. The one I found on ebay was the wrong rating. Francis at atariarcade.com has them apparently. I've been emailing with him. Anyone else has one that says PTH451C 35M19?

PTH451C's are easy to find...

...getting the correct reistance is what's tough, since most surplus places don't list that...

Ah I see. Mine have 05M25 and 05M12 on them. I think I have some more, will take a look.
These two are off 20EZ chassis. I have a box of oddball parts chassis, will take a peek on them.
