5200 and Atari 8 bit computers have the chip inside them. But really really really, don't butcher consoles/computers for their POKEYs. They're great fun and, yes, I know we're on an arcade forum, but they're super cool in their own right.
Atari 7800 Ballblazer carts have a POKEY inside. For the record, Ballblazer is an excellent game, it just happens to be common (for 7800 games, which are uncommon in their own right).
Summation: 5200/8bit=POKEY in Console. 7800=POKEY in some carts, notably Ballblazer.
