I know arcadechips.com lists them but they may not be the best source. Anyone know another?

82S123 or 82S129, I have them.
As far as Mark Capps goes, I have no idea on his status at the moment. He can definitly be hit & miss.
82S123 is a sub for that prom. If I recall correctly that part # you gave is a MMI number. N82S123 is an equal Signetics part. There are many others that will also work in its place. The signetics part is probably the most recognized number. I might even have the 6331 in stock but would have to check.
Now, do you have a way to program these and the file needed?
I think I made a mistake, the N82S123 is correct but not 129.
