Sorry, I'm upset and can't even get a response

Funny, I usually refer to threads like that as "keeping em honest" threads. And they seem to work like a charm. It is a damn shame that it takes tactics like that to get people motivated to do the right thing. But, again...it will continue to happen because the group pressure kicks in and forces people to do the right thing to save their reputation.

I actually surprised that some view that as a negative "drama" thing.
No, the callin' them out threads are a good motivator and need to happen when things go out of control...
Threats and posting pictures of houses is what the drama was. :)

hang in there FT like you said most guys on here are not like that --heck I read for days at a time before I even decide to post also there are tons of new people on here.

I belong to a gaming guild for online games, and i got pissed off at a few people for pretty much snubbing me on our usual game night, and i just stopped playing. Stopped getting on teamspeak, haven't logged into our website or forum, i just dropped off the face of the earth, and that was probably around January. ..and i was on the forums everyday, and gamed with other guild members 5 nites a week! I will go back around november of this year when cod modern combat 2 comes out.. I just needed a break from it, and just decided i didn't wanna do it anymore. Sometimes a break is good. I haven't done hardly anything arcade related in quite a while either.

Congrats on the paperboy! I guess I'll let you keep it. :) But that means the next one you find you gotta grab for me, OK? :D I'd definitely make a special trip up there to pick up a paperboy!!!

I will keep an eye out for another one Shan:)

Hey dude, i've just spent 3 days thinning out the crap in my garage so i can work on some projects, thrown out some stuff i have hung on to for ages (stuff from my dads place after he passed away) and i must admit, i looked at the stuff and decided to make the hard decisions and clear the crap and man it feels great! now i can get my projects moving again - like right now working on some defender boards., and i have some namco pole pos II to repair too. now i have some space i can get goin again! feels great! and keep involved cause you are one of the personalities that makes it interesting around here!
Cheers! Andy

I'm looking around right now at what to thin and can't come up with much that I can't find a couple reasons to keep. Just too many good games that took a long time to find. I'd also like a few more pins! LOL, yeah, you need your garage back... its worse than mine! I think if I got it more organized and had the garage setup to play games again it would be less stressful.

Over the last 2 years I've been on BYOAC/KLOV I've gradually gone from constantly reading threads and posting to becoming much more selective. Nothing wrong with getting on the forums daily. Just stop listening to that voice in your head that tells you to read any thread that has any bit of interest to you. :) Try to stay within the quality threads that apply directly to you or where you can provide some good insight that not many other people will be able to do. You'll find that you suddenly are not finding the forums to be all-important.

I agree with this 100%. I used to post a lot, in every forum here. I have stopped posting for the most part because I was spending way too much time here. Step away from the computer and enjoy life outside this tin box.
