Sorry another K7000 blowing fuses

Hot checked shorted in and good out. Looked at other threads and checked those ideas and solder blobs but can't find anything. Also the degaussing coil looks to be shorted.

if you think it's the degauss coil, try just unplugging that and replacing the fuse and see if it still blows. sorry to play captain obvious. :) good luck
 
A list so far,
New flyback & cap kit double checked polarity

Checked all the large diodes,
D13-D14-D18 D19-D20-D21-D22 checked good out of the circuit,

C36-C37-C38
R89

With the HOT out of the circuit the pads where pin 1 and pin 3 connect checks shorted.

Wasn't sure about how low the resistance was on the D-coil.
