SOLD FOR $550 Cash

Hello -

I'm selling one of my monitors, up for sale is the Sony PVM-1354Q. You can read more about this particular model right here: https://crtdatabase.com/crts/sony/sony-pvm-1354q

It is in very good condition. The screen is very clean, the colors are extremely bright. I purchased this monitor close to 10 years ago and it was fully calibrated and serviced. Since then, it has been used very sparingly, maybe 100-150 hours at most. I had it as a test monitor in the arcade for years, and now unfortunately I am out of space given I got a few other CRTs in that I need to make room for. The pics don't do it justice, it's stunning in person. This is also a later model which has component SDI connections.

Price is $500 - cash or zelle local pickup. I can meet in Irvine (near John Wayne Airport) or you can pick up the monitor at my arcade in San Clemente CA. I am happy to fire it up for potential buyers to see before purchasing. I am willing to ship this monitor. Given I was able to obtain a shipping case that was specifically made for this TV (being in Southern Cal helps), I believe it will do just fine in transit secured in this box. If interested in having this shipped, please contact me directly to discuss pricing and options.

You must be growing these things in your backyard. :)

Great test bench monitor or retro gaming monitor. I use mine for both.

Great monitor. Love mine.

I am...that monitor you have looks GREAT! Where did you get it and would you recommend to buy from that seller? ahem.....*clears throat

Bump this up! If anyone has a Dragon's Lair without this TV on top, you should remedy that immediately with this one. So many uses for this versatile CRT. Perfect for a high end retro console gaming station, great for an arcade test monitor, and besides Dragon's Lair...I'm sure arcade games would look great on this with a Supergun.

My god, these things are ridiculously overpriced now. I got 3 almost 10 years ago for like 350$ total. 2 8"'s and 1 19" from a doctor who was upgrading equipment. I'm not complaining about op, seems like he sold it for a fair market price and it was in nice shape. Just my god that's ridiculously expensive for a 13". I literally put an 8" on top of my donkey kong for fun as a spectator monitor because it was so cheap.

Yep, prices go up for high quality things. The S&P 500 is up 300% in the last 10 years. This should not be a surprise to anyone.

I've got a pair of 8 inchers on top of my cab too!

Don't search for a PVM 2950Q. Lo
Tell me about it. I've got 4 of them that I bought from the old DRMO gov surplus auctions around 2000 for $100 total. I basically only ever used them in a 2x2 video wall fed from a $20 security camera that only gets used at parties for hours a year, so they're still all like new. Feels hard to justify leaving it set up like that for what they're now worth... But I guess it makes sense these days since there isn't much out there that bests them.
