Your not the only one. I looked at that website, tried to email and it kept kicking it back. I said heck with it and went the Ebay route.

That works, until you need an LM380 or a 2sd870 or whatever, then you'll be figuring out exactly how to get in touch with him, lol.

I don't understand why this same question comes up about once a month? Are people getting confused when they don't find "add to cart" buttons or something?

once you get used to buying from Bob it's hard to go anywhere else.

i usually have a list going of small parts i don't need immediately; when i get a bunch together or have something in need very soon i do an order and get everything at once. Bob has always been fast to ship and everything's been well packaged and presented. he also answer questions if i don't know which one to get or if i don't see it on the page.

when going through his site, don't forget that in addition to the awesome main parts page he also has pages specifically for connectors & wire, "dollar store" and other random bits and pieces.

and some of the info pages he's put together are great resources for repair.

i've never really had an issue, just use the search function of my browser to find what i'm looking for. and you really can't go wrong. when it comes to components and cap kits, etc, his prices are the cheapest.

Wholeheartedly agree.....it is not that difficult. Yes it is old school, but that is because Bob is old school. He is an old time operator who is sticking around giving us all sweet deals, great advice, and excellent service. Very class act guy. It will be a sad day when he really does retire.

It's not that hard to order from him. If you look closely at his site, he has a link with ordering instructions. Just send an email to him with what you want and he does a run down of the total shipping cost. Send him a check and by the time it gets to him, you'll probably have your order already.

Just ordered yesterday, sent the check out today, should have the goods by Friday. As easy as easy can be. But it does require <gasp> a stamp!!! :D

Bob is the best in my book, Feebay can't touch his deals. But there is a place for everything....

I like www.twistedquarter.com as well.
They even have an "Add to cart" button and accept Paypain.

Really, you should read his whole website from front to back. You will be glad you did.

Best guy to order from, hands down. I cant believe how often I am exchanging emails with Bob.
