So, upon the successful completion of my full cabinet cap replacement for my FONZ, I figured I might as well post some of my findings in case anyone else has one and wants to do similar without having to look for everything on the boards, then order parts, and install them. In doing my cap replacement, I mapped all the capacitors throughout the machine (electrolytic, polyester, ceramic, etc...). For this guide, I'll only post the electrolytic since that's what goes bad unless requested to list others.
For your convenience, here is a cap kit list for ordering what you'd need.
electrolytic caps:
1uf 50v - x8
3.3uf 50v - x1
4.7uf 25v - x2
10uf 16v - x5
22uf 16v - x2
33uf 25v - x2
47uf 25v - x2
47uf 35v - x1
50uf 50v - x3 (50uf is obsolete, so, you'll have to order 47uf instead)
100uf 10v - x3
100uf 16v - x4
100uf 25v - x1
220uf 16v - x4
470uf 16v - x1
470uf 25v - x2
1000uf 16v - x1
2200uf 35v - x1
10,000uf 16wv - x1 (for power brick)
