SOLVED: WG 19k4951 with weird offset/wave

Have a WG 19K4951 vertical in a Looping. Recapped, cleaned up, put back in - getting a weird issue per the video below. The screen is offset/warped in the middle and shifted upward. Sync is wired into both the Neg H and V pins. Picture is clear, colors are right - but having a hard time figuring this one out. Seems like a sync thing, somehow. Thoughts?

Yeah - and I think that's somehow tied in/the key to this. It starts to improve then everything desyncs. I don't know if I am just out of range somehow or what....
 
Question: have you/anyone noticed these monitors with the VR302 pot missing (the "vertical damping")? I just noticed mine was totally missing this pot....
 
Solved: C368 is a mylar that is located right next to the input header. If you accidentally shift the connector 1 pin you put pressure on that cap. In this case, the cap was still soldered in but the pad had ripped loose as a result of pressure on the cap. This caused all sorts of sync misbehavior. Repaired and all is well!
