Hey, all, I'm struggling to get a picture out of this monitor, here's the full story:

Working when purchased, when I got it home, the picture flickered/faded away shortly after running it for the first time.

Everything I've Tested and Tried:
Recapped
Re-flowed EVERYTHING
Inspected for broken traces.
Checked tube with BK 467, guns were slightly weak, did a clean and balance and the picture came back for a bit, but faded away again.
Checked Hot & V-reg out of Circuit
HV is good.
Inspected again today, found that the neck board was cracked, repaired traces.
Made sure the heater was not open.

Still no Picture, I'm stumped! Adjusting brightness / screen does nothing
Any thoughts?

I think the tube is the issue, heater might've gotten damaged somehow.

Any thoughts?
Also, not sure how to check B+ on this monitor

Found this in a troubleshooting flowchart from the "Kortek Manual" on Arcarc… not sure if it applies to your model, but it's worth a shot.

Ok, so here's what I've got:
Did a tube swap, and the replacement tube gives a picture, HOORAH!
But there's still an issue: the brightness flickers.
The screen pot is unstable... So right now I'm letting some deoxit soak in.

Do you have a rejuvenator to hook the tube up for testing?
I'm pretty sure the old tube was tired, it had some serious gambling machine burn and the guns did read as weak when I hooked it up before.
I think it is a combination of issues with the old tube and the screen pot on the flyback, wiggling it causes the flicker.

Deoxit on the Screen pot made no difference, I think the flyback is going out. Considering this solved.
