Solved - Chip Identification JPAC?

I received these is a local pick up. I have identified what they are however this lot came with the additional chips that match the chip on the J-PAC. The chips and the one on the board have different text. I was unable to find any information online. Anyone have a clue?

Are you asking about the chips marked SY2149? If so, I don't think those belong with the JPAC boards... those are 2149 RAM chips, commonly used on arcade PCBs like Galaga, Gauntlet, etc.

Found them. There are two chips. I will try to place them in the mail today.
