Working on my indy, put it back together and its stuck on max volume. I rebuilt the ar3 and adjusting the volume pot barely does anything to lower the volume. Could the pots be bad? I'm going to pull the ar3 in a bit and look it over.
OK I figured this out. The AR3 in this machine was a B revision. I'm going to list what is needed to swap a B revision to an A revision my specific problem was R33 and R34 needed to be removed as there must be a remote pot on games that use a B revision. So here is what you will need to do to convert this.

R34
Install
R1 potentiometer.
R2
R6
R11
C14
C16
SW1
That's all that is needed to convert a AR3 REV B to an AR3 REV A
Figured I'd notate this since I haven't seen another. But to be honest I didn't look to hard either.
