I followed the 6100 monitor guide. I'm in the homestretch and I checked the voltage on the monitor cap today and my voltage is low. I'm only getting a 11-15kV on the extremes of the pot in the high voltage cage.
I followed the whole guide and ran all the checks suggested in the guide. The A/R board readings look good. I replaced the low voltage circuit on the deflection board. Since some resistors were fried, I replaced caps and cleaned the board. I checked the transistors on the frame.
I replaced the flywheel on the HV pcb along with some fried resistors and the capacitors.
I soldered a broken focus pin on the neck socket, cleaned up the board and replaced the capacitor.
I followed the startup procedure and everything looked good up until I connected the high voltage and got this low reading. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to check based on this low reading? I'm going to keep digging because I'm learning so much and am excited to get this space duel working. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
