Too bad our IMAX was destroyed back in the Spring during the great flood of Nashville. It still has not reopened unfortunately.

How well does the Columbia IMAX compare to the MD Science Center one?

I saw ghosts of the Abyss there and it was good but the seats were kind of close...That was about 8 years ago though.... It's really just a matter of personal choice between the XD Real 3D and the IMAX, both are great but I prefer the XD theatre.

Going for 3-D on a regular screen. I saw Alice in Wonderland at an Imax and it wasn't any different than sitting in the 4th row of a normal theater...I don't really dig on having having to turn my head to see the sides of the screen. Made me sick the whole time.
