So What's the State of Arcade/Pinball Game Prices These Days???

Just getting back into things and remember when prices were out of control in the late 90's early 2000's then things dropped quite a bit by 2004/5. Are we still there?? (Good in my opinion so more collectors can get what they want even though my collection value has gone down)

For example: Is a $1200-$1500 working Dragon's Lair from the late 90's stabilized @ $700-800 now?

They're in the shitter.

60-in-1 crap is what sells right now, but even their price has been cut down about half of what they were once.

Collectors are still buying classics at decent money. Nintendo still holds strong on price range as does anything vector.

Rarities are still garnering good dough from collectors, but are not selling nearly as fast as they once were.

My two cents.

Now is a great time to be a collector. Prices are low, and availability is high. Pick just about any popular game for the average KLOV'r, and it can be had on ebay or CL for under $600. Many very good games (think Centipede or Defender class) are at or under $500 for very nice, 9/10 examples. Other good games that deserve a spot in any gameroom are $250 in better than average shape.

90's JAMMA is also starting to become collectable, with previously worthless boards like Street Fighter II selling for actual US currency now, believe it or not. :)

All over the map, from what I can see.

Some people get that a working Asteroids is worth $300-$500. Some people want $1200 for a questionable one. I think it's a good time to find deals, but I think a lot of people are sitting on their machines right now as well. Can't blame `em.

In terms of my collecting focus, people still complain about cabarets not being as desirable as URs, and yet still ask big $$$ for them. ;)
