I couldn't find the old thread I posted on what everyone had lined up on their to do list so here's a new one. Maybe it will help get some of us motivated to get some work done.

1) Wire Virtua Cop 2 cab to Jamma so I can run regular shooting games in it.
2) Wire Cab for Jamma to XBOX
3) Fix some monitor chassis 1-Sharp Image SI-27 and 21- 25K7191's
4) Find a freaking steering wheel for my Sega Super GT. Or at least figure out how to rig a Daytona one in it's place. :(
5) Make a CP for MAMEOX cab (Old one is full of holes). :D
6) Cleanup and organize my garage so I can have it functioning as an arcade and not a staging area for repairs.
7) Troubleshoot Sega Turbo cockpit
8) Replace chassis in Sega upright cab.

1) Mount the chassis in Frogger
2) Figure out why the Multi-JAMMA is humming and acting up
3) Cap Kit Moon Patrol
4) Take apart the Moon Patrol cocktail's CPs to hopefully clean up/rebuild the joysticks

1. Wait for parts to come in for my multicade-in-old-gremlin-cab CL POS machine.
2. Sell said machine.
3. Buy two inexpensive, but artsy, dedicated games that have not been included on a xxx-in-1 board yet.
4. Bask in the happy feeling of knowing I'll have an equal number of real arcade machines to counter my ever-growing collection of custom build cabinets.

Do you have the games lined up already? Is the game not being on a XXX-in-1 board a requirement in order to be considered for Gozer's arcade?

1) Finish both gumball machines & find a cheap source for 1" gumballs - Complete
2) Finish putting Joust #3 together & sell it
4) Finish putting Joust cocktail together and get it into the gameroom
5) Build a couple of replacement 2 player Defender sized CPs for JAMMA conversions in Defender cabinets (1 for Crime City/Robocop/Mickey's Magical Tetris and 1 for TMNT/Gate of Doom)
6) Finish Defender restore now that I have all the parts, I just need to put it together.
7) Finish Joust #4 restore and sell it.
8) Start looking at Space Invaders cocktail to 60n1 conversion.
9) Finish debugging two G07 chassis
10) Finish debugging Bubbles boardset
11) Put JAMMA harness and two player controls into the generic cabinet that is just taking up space in the dining room...
12) *New* Restore Stargate picked up this weekend.
13) *New* Make list of parts needed to restore new Centipede.

Not yet on the radar: Ms Pacman, Centipede and TacScan restores.

OK. So I'm the poster child for AADD (Adult Attention Deficit Disorder).

<sigh> One goes off and two go on....

Hehehe. No game lined up yet. But I am sorely lacking in the dedicated area. I like the multi stuff too, I just really need some 'real' arcade machines just to make balance in the force. :)

I don't know, I'd even kick the idea around of buying a not-so-good game that would only get played every so often as long as it had some nice full-length colorful art. Kangaroo seems to fall in this category. Great arts, bad (yet playable) game, always shows up for dirt cheap for a working one on CL. The game has to have a pretty narrow profile too. 19" monitor cab a must.

1) Paint Q*Bert cabinet and repair cpu and sound boards
2) Apply side art and t-molding to Simpsons cabinet to finish the restoration
3) Fix Out Run pcb graphics issue
4) Fix Pole Position pcb (yeah right ;))
5) Keep up with my preventive maintenance checklist for my games (also includes any cabinet repair/paint work)

The first 5 items are kind of my immediate priority especially with warmer weather on the way. My PM list has helped me go back and finally do all the little things for my already working games. I made up a spreadsheet with all games listed and work I want to do on a regular basis. Part of that list is checking the controls of each game so I oil trackball bearings and what not too. I realized just how nasty my poor Crystal Castles trackball was so I cleaned it up. I probably wouldn't have done that without my checklist since the game works fine. Anyone else try to have a regular maintenance schedule? Like I said it really helps you find little things you can take care of before they become a major thing. It's also very rewarding to finally take care of some little things you know should be done.

Well, I have three goals I am working towards:

Gameroom Show
-Put new CPO on MvC2 machine
-Get Clowns machine shipped in from VA
-Fix Depthcharge marquee light, replace coin door
-Fix R-type marquee light

Repair work for others
-Ship out a few CR rejuvenator adaptors
-Finish repairing a Berzerk boardset (mostly acid damage on the ZPU)

My gameroom
-Hang my high score board
-Test Jamma adaptors
-Monitor work, lots of monitor work
-Retrieve 27" monitor tube/frame from a fellow KLOVer

1) Play my games.

Sadly, this is the truth. I havent gone out to the garage in months it seems. :(

12. Start building new panels for the MAME cab. I have been storing parts way too long.
13. Replace pots on Tempest board so I can return the one I borrowed.

shop:
1. Finish building test rig
2. Add shelves above workbench so I can actually use the bench
3. Setup Data I/O 29b so I can burn the prom for the dkjr board
4. Learn how to use all of my test equipment
5. Finish organizing garage.
6. get rid of shit I don't ever use

Lock the door to the garage and forget about it. List is too long. :)
