so what did u do with your games today?

Bought a Warlords PCB to setup in my T&F cabinet for my latest multi game project!

Just enough space for the Warlords board inside the track and field cocktail side wall to make 4 player dreams come true in one cabinet.

Running Hypersports Rearranged and now Warlords connected on the Italian warlords jamma adaptor with the atari 2600 paddle outputs.

Riddled tv's easy 2 way jamma switcher allows switching between either game.

Need to install a bill validator on this thing after looking at the total cost of adding this Warlords setup 😂

I was able to finally finish up my Turbo cabaret. I would give this restoration a B+ as I was leaning more towards getting the game finished before winter over cosmetic perfection. I got the sideart from @ReproArcade and led gauge kit from @callanbrown; while getting extremely lucky to salvage the original t-molding. I can live with the steering wheel which looks better in real life but hope to one day find the SEGA logo sticker for the gear shift. Most importantly, the rebuild of the gear shift, gas pedal and steering wheel have the game playing 100% smooth. I'm on to the next game!!!!

Repaired the Qix cabinet and got it into primer. It was in seriously bad condition. It was converted into a Time Soldiers and since I already have a survivor Qix, this one will stay a Time Soldiers. More pics to come.

I went to fire up my Centipede cocktail a week or so ago and nothing. Nada, no sign of life from the monitor. Ugh!! So, I open the cabinet to find....nothing! It turns out these games play a lot better if a monitor is installed. At some point, I must have pulled the dead monitor so I ordered a cap kit from Arcade Parts & Repair....and finished up some odds and ends on the cabinet while I waited for the mail. I also ordered some cheap chairs off of Amazon which turn out to be a good height relative to the cabinet. I got the cap kit installed this weekend, fired up the game.....no magic smoke! The game plays great and the burn free monitor looks amazing!!

This cabinet has come a long way from a beat up pile of non-working junk I purchased from a legit crackhead in a parking garage after he mangled the cabinet trying to open the coin box.

More progress on the renewed Time Soldiers Taito Cab.

This is amazing, never seen it. Who is the manufacturer?
Its from MCI, the same folks who made Air Ball and Crack the Safe.

Had a productive weekend with my games. Painted to cabinets, replaced t molding replaced wiring harness repaired a k7000 and stripped two control panels for new spots. Bought a stern multicade that I am turning into an arkanoid. Outside of screwing up a G07 ( had nasty pic and one bulging cap, now has vertical collaspe ) i got a lot done. 1000022219.jpg1000022424.jpg1000022425.jpg

Me and my 12yr old son played my almost fully put back together neo geo. We started with metal slug 2, Then he kicked my butt in super sidekicks 2, then we played puzzle bobble till 1 of us used up 25 credits. I had him down to 3 credits left but I just couldn't hang on!

Dusted them off, and cleaned the bezels.

I had to do the outside windows (OMG BIG) before winter set in, and go that done, so I skipped down to the arcade and got out the swifter strips to collect the dust off the top, and then cleaned all the bezels and CPOs with Windex.

Looking bright and chipper! Ready for the next arcade blast!

Finally started CP redesign for my REALLY weird two player console style MAME machine.
It's a composite of cabinet ply and white tinted fiberglass and has no straight lines in the design so the control panel is extra demented.
Looking forward to playing my favorites that benefit from U360 joysticks again!

Snagged an original tinted bezel for my Robotron cabaret resto project. The handful of repros out there don't have the correct tint and paper instructions window.

Also got a sorta rough but unobtainable plexi Stargate CPO. I already have the panel, so it will allow me to play Stargate and Defender with a JROK board.

Still in the parts gathering stage, but it's coming together! 🤩
