I cant remember the first time I was officially out of room

Parking isn't bad there since you can just grab the spot at his driveway. I left the Spy Hunter and other games. I just made another post about that in the for-sale section in case anyone wants more info about it.
Unfortunately, there are a few minor pieces missing from the box of parts. Leg bolts, backbox bolts and balls, for example.

Phoenix is just a bit out of my way but if I end up having to move out over this then I'll consider it.
I don't like to say what deals I've made until after they are safe at home. Superstitious perhaps. Or realistic...it's just a verbal handshake at this point but he seemed trustworthy.If only I had more space!
