Make an offer based on the number of games he has.... averaged in a fair market. If he has 200 games, and perhaps you average them at $500 each...now you have 100G minus the proposed logistics of X amount. Make the offer....all he can do is say no. If he says yes you will be one step closer to needing a Costco size building to store your prizes.I'd love to make a serious offer for everything, but logistically I just don't see a way to get it all from there to me without spending a small fortune, gotta be at least 4 to 5 semi truck loads
Or just wait for one of the old Wal Mart discards or Menards discards, and pick them up for pennies on the dollar. If everybody throws in $10 each, we can buy and ship a game to @bobbyb13. Maybe.
I dream of being in on one of these some day. But they're always too far away (sorry @bobbyb13). And I'm not one of the cool kids with infinite time, space, and money to throw at people. But some day....
Some day when I finally move out of the swamp that is Michigan, and move to someplace with a better climate, I plan to open a house for wayward games. Then I can at least offer to host these huge raid buyouts until people can figure out the logistics of buying and distributing individual games and parts.

Buildings. They are everywhere. They build a new and better one, leave the old location behind. After a year or three, they are at fire sale prices.Huh?

Just pointing out great places for shipping containers full of arcade games and pinball MachinesOk. That's what I thought you meant. but I don't see how that relates to my need to escape Michigan before I do anything meaningful.
