I tried to install a new light that goes behind the player color inserts above the monitors. Wired the new light to the existing wire that were in the cab. Turn the game on and light doesn't come on. Damnit! so I trace the cab wires to the back and they end up in a connector that is not connected to anything. Why someone would do that, I don't know. So I figure I'll just run the wires from this connector to this metal block thing that the wires from the games plug goes into. Turn the game on and I see sparks where I connected the wires! turn the game off immediately. Removed the wires. Now the game won't turn on at all. As far as I could see, no fuses where blown anywhere. Any help??

So upon further inspection, it's not as bad as I thought. I just fried the "receiver" for my remote control outlet thing. Games turns on just fine if I plug it in straight to the wall. So before I do any more damage, where should I be hooking up the wires that are running to the lights in the front?

The coin door lamps should use a +5VDC supply so one wire from the lamps should go to +5VDC on the switching power supply and one wire to the 0VDC (common) on the power supply. Common colors would be red for the + and black for the -, but if you have a manual it should outline which is which.

Unfortunately I don't own a T-Mek though so I can't be more specific, sorry.
