So I found a Filter Board on the bottom of my Galaxian.....

From what i understand it helps with Radio Signals and stuff like that. But it can cause boards too not work right.

I had one in my Scramble/lost tomb cab. Taken off sitting in parts bin lol don'nt have the heart too toss it yet!

I used to use one. It helped with what sounded like ground loop hum and some hiss.
Eventually it boiled down to a dirty edge connector and crappy wiring harness. I say toss it in the trash.

Its just 44 extra connections that can cause you problems down the road. There's a reason it was sitting in the bottom of the cab.
