Can anyone back up thier favorite pronunciation with some proof?

My vote is gal -a- guh

My sister says ga -lag -uh.

Settle our bet!

Seriously folks, just look at the marquee. The is an accent on the middle "a", meaning the second syllable gets the accent. So you either need to pronounce it:

gal UH guh (which I think sounds lame)

..or, the way I think is correct...

ga LAY guh

There, the matter is settled.

That's funny... Having some board problems or something? :)

That is why it is headed for a 48n1 conversion. Actually more than headed. I am strapping the JAMMA harness tonight. I replaced the low voltage transformer in the power brick with a switcher and fixed most of the water damage before it got too hot to work in the garage this summer. I fixed the monitor earlier and just put it back in the cabinet yesterday. I have the full 3 piece side art to put on as well.

I'm down to the last few hours worth of work on it, so between the heat and my work schedule, it shouldn't take more than a month or two....

toe-mae-toe, or it could be ta-mat-tow.

And how could there even be a discussion about how to pronounce Tron?

Really? I would have asked the same thing about Galaga. :)
