In great shape cosmetically, but does not and has not been operable for almost a year. It was one of my fav's growing up and I really want to give it a good home. I've tried 2-3 times to pop in there and leave my name and number for the owner, but he's never there. My number is supposedly passed on to him. The guy does own the 6 games there, but considering that 4 of the 6 are not working and the place is pretty run down, I doubt his overall grasp of anything business efficient. Any ideas of where to go from here? Keep calling and try to reach him? Just take it? :)

Well I wouldn't just "take it" best bet is just to keep calling / hounding the people eventually they will get tired and either ask you to stop or give you the owners number directly.

Don't take it, call him nicely. Always be nice, but persistent.

Find the owner. Ask the help or look on the business license and get his name. Sounds like he has already let it go so no reason why he wouldn't let you buy it.

"just take it?" haha It's tempting at times isn't it? But in all seriousness, I agree with everyone else. Just hover until he replies.

offer to fix 1 of his games for free if he calls you back. Or offer to fix the other 3 if he will give you life force. Or just offer $250 for the game broken. If that does not work, then let it go..

Or maybe go about it another way. Get the laundromat owner to complain to him about the broken games. If you really want to make him notice, steal the location from him. I once had an operator offer me money not to sell games to his location owner..
