Anyone know where i can get a svideo adapter for a snes, im putting it in a super system cab and and using a regular 25 inch tv and composite looks like shit but svideo looks allot better

The same cable was also used on the Nintendo 64 and the Gamecube, so it shouldn't be hard to find one. Lots of third party ones out there too.

Also Im jealous of your Super System. Would love to find one.

Ha dont be to jealous, it was converted to a crap game and I dont have any art yet for it. The only thing I have is ht control panel and cab, the sides were painted gray so im hoping if i strip it the art will be under neath. Ill be more than happy to trade it for your contra

Haha tempting but Im sure it's impossible to find the game board for that guy.

The guy i got the cab from has the game board and will not sell it. He has it in a moppet cabinet with super mario bros 3 playing on it. He operates it and he said kids feed quarters in it left and right

HAHA Heck yes! Ive just got into the arcade collecting within the last year. Before that was console collecting. I have 90% of the SNES collection and a super system would be the icing on the cake.

Somwhere around here I have that Nintendo Power issue with your counselor in it. Good times. Loved those old issues. I've read them sooooo many times, its rediculous. Hence, why I wrote my own book.

Says the guy with the Nintendo Power Nerd in his avatar ;)
That sir, is a nerd from a Capcom poster, not Nintendo Power. Look closely and you'll notice that he's playing Chip n Dale's Rescue Rangers, and that the posters are all for Capcom games. ;)

Edit: Just pulled out the larger version I have, and it's for the 'Capcom official Craze Club' :D On the desk he's got some issues of Nintendo Power, but underneath the desk are some EGMs and Gamepro magazines :p His facial expression is priceless.

I'm gonna double check that one. I am almost certain that same picture is in one of my Nintendo Power issues. It very well could be a cross-ad for Capcom stuff too.

I have it on a poster that advertises 'current' and 'future' Capcom releases. :p It's possible that it was in both, I did notice that in the avatar the other game mags on the floor can't be seen, I assumed it was due to avatar size, but it might have been cropped for use in Nintendo Power.
