I have a bunch of pro fighter snes copiers that need repair (sorry I'm a nostalgic).

There was a company based in HK that produced the famous Pro Fighter SNES Copiers. Company was China Coach Limited.

I know the company has been disolved. Is there anyone based out of Hong Kong that could try to contact the previous owners and see if they would be willing to sell/share their schematics, code, etc.?

It would be great for preservation and repair of these.

Maybe try contacting the guys at tototek.com if you haven't already.

I have one of these with the Genesis/MD adapter. No idea if it works. Found it in a thrift store years ago, tried selling on eBay at the time and the listing was removed with no explanation as to why it was pulled. Now I know why. Are these worth anything?

Not really. Everdrives and other flashcarts are better and more convenient than using floppy disks.

Nonsense. Many people prefer and collect vintage copiers...;)

In many cases they are more valuable than new flashers.

Maybe true, but the old style copiers still tend to be fairly cheap lately. It's good for the few of us that have nostalgia for them.

I have a GB X-Changer w/64Mbit cart given to me by my father inlaw awhile ago, loaded it up with stuff on a GBA SP for my youngest and she played with it for a bit but hasn't touched it in a long time now.

If it wasn't for the fact it was given to me, I wouldn't even so much as look at any old copiers...floppies, parallel cables(Especially the rather UNcommon 1:1 cable), forget it.
