Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who came to the event this year, I know I had a blast getting to know all of you a little bit more. The event was everything Dave and I wanted when we asked John if we could take over the event. I think we had a NATT first on blindfolded Frogger with the person who was blindfolded needed to learn the French works for Up, Down, Left and Right, that accent was French right Dave?

I'm looking forward to seeing all of you again next year and many years after that, telling stories, hanging out afterwards and hopefully winning the Candlepin Trophy. Congratulations to all of the winners you put up some amazing scores.

Bummed I missed it. I'm still there the normal weekend abs well continue each year. Hope it moves back to the normal weekend next year.

Maybe I'll get lucky and be in town again on that weekend.

Regardless, when I do eventually get up in the area (next time is probably Mid July), I'll drop a line if I know am going to be going. Always more fun with some co-op/competitive play. Makes me seriously play games that I wouldn't normally play, or might just sort of mess around with in mame without giving it my full attention.

Went yesterday. They fixed the Starwars (upright) monitor. There were enough people there to give it a good arcade vibe.

I was at Funspot a couple times recently and there were a few guys approx my age who didn't seem to be attached to any of the families or parties (i.e. dudes hanging out in classic arcade for the sole purpose of playing old games) . Was so tempted to go up to each of them and ask "Are you on KLOV forums?"...

But I didn't. So I think next time I'm going to wear a name tag sticker, or maybe even a t-shirt stenciled "Ask me about KLOV" 😀

Sure it's kinda dorky, but I wake up that way, so what's the harm?

Hehe, if you have a run of them made I'll buy a XXL circus tent sized 😄

Noted.
If I make a few, I'll make sure one is XXL.
Black, white, or International Orange? I mean, might as well stand out!

I vote black, white gets dirty too easy and orange would make me feel like a traffic cone.
Ok, now you have me thinking about putting something on the front over where left front pocket would be "International Churches of KLOV" or similar

I go there often enough, and it's usually just me playing the classic games as my fiance doesn't accompany me.
It's a bit crowded on the weekends during the summer, so I tend to go more in the fall and winter.
Too many kids running up and down the aisles and stairs unsupervised.
