Last night, I snagged a Pandora's Palace upright. It works great, and just needs new bulbs for the marquee and coin door lights!
A nice feature is that Pandora's Palace uses a Konami harness, so I'll be able to play my Frogger, Turtles, and Time Pilot PCBs out of this cab as well.
Initially, both the seller and I thought it was a Sega/Gremlin cab, but upon further inspection, it appears to have been built as a generic. The monitor is mounted differently than in S/G cabs, and I've never seen a S/G with this style coin door. Interestingly, the monitor has strong Ladybug burn-on.
I have a slight suspicion it may have begun it's life as an Amenip Woodpecker cabinet. I saw one of those at a Columbus auction years ago, and I believe it was the same cabinet as this. Of course, it's also possible that the Woodpecker cab was just a kit installed in the same style generic cab as this Pandora's Palace. There's no manufacturer markings inside, so for now it will remain a mystery.
Another mystery is the random Nintendo sticker inside the coin door, placed between the mechs. It says:
"This product is manufactured under the license of Nintendo TKS 03307"
Any Nintendo experts know what this means?
Excuse the poor cell phone pic - my digital camera died a while ago, and I haven't replaced it yet.
